From the minute Heather and I talked on the phone – I felt like she could be one of my girlfriends. She & I are both mothers of little girls similar in age and just have a lot in common!
Cody and I were so excited to be a part of Heather & Jeff’s special destination wedding – it was small, intimate and perfect. With just nine guests in attendance it was a wonderful reflection of the love and family that these two have cultivated. Their wedding day at Casa Ybel Resort was actually a vow renewal – not their official wedding day. :) That happened 2 years ago – but was a simple no frills ceremony. So after their sweet daughter Maddie got a little older – Heather wanted to plan her true fairytale day – and it really did turn out that way. With the threat of rain and ominous clouds in the sky all day – it all blew over – nothing stopped their destination beach wedding.
Heather finally got the be the bride she’d dreamed of being and her hubby Jeff looked absolutely dapper in his tuxedo – they were like a model couple! And we also got to watch them with their little Maddie, as parents, which of course is so dear to our hearts. I personally love to watch daddies and their little girls – and Jeff was no exception. My favorite part of their day? When Maddie joined them in their first dance. It was fitting – their marriage is about so much more – it’s the love the 3 of them all share.
Congratulations AGAIN Mr & Mrs Feroglia!
